Operations and Safety Updates

At CasaOne, we are actively monitoring the COVID-19 crisis. In these unfortunate times, our primary goal is the safety of our team members, customers, and the communities we serve.

With that goal in mind, we have taken the following steps

  • All our team members have been provided with hand sanitizers and gloves.
  • All furniture goes through an additional round of disinfection before each delivery and pickup.
  • All our team members are required to stay home if they exhibit any signs of illness.

CasaOne offers three types of delivery to suit your requirements. With no-contact service and a strict adherence to social distancing norms, our team will make sure the delivery process is easy, convenient, and safe.

White-Glove Delivery: We’ll deliver, unpack, assemble, and place your furniture wherever you like it, and clear away all packing material. (Contactless delivery available.)

Curbside Delivery: We’ll deliver your furniture by the curb or on your driveway outside your home so you can practice safe social distancing.
