General

To initiate a return, please write to us at support@casaone.com
You will be responsible for all return shipping charges in case the item is returned under the reason code: ‘Changed your Mind’. In this case, the return shipping fee and restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition and packaging. The item must be returned with all of its parts, instructions, and accessories.
A refund will be processed only after the items have been received in the warehouse and investigated.
Mattresses cannot be returned if opened or removed from the original packaging.
A cancellation request needs to be raised within 24 hours. Any cancellation request raised past this will be treated as a return request.
