Free Shipping
This product will be shipped with a freight carrier. A delivery signature is required for freight shipments and you will need to be present during your delivery time window. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
If you are purchasing multiple items from different manufacturers, your order will ship from different warehouses and may ship on different days. We will email you all the tracking links associated with your shipment. Upon delivery, if you notice any damage to the box/item you MUST note this on the delivery receipt.

1-2 weeks. The shipping carrier will reach out a few days prior to schedule your delivery.

This returns policy holds good for all products by the brand Bush Business Furniture.
- Merchandise may and must be (if the return was authorized) returned within 15 days of item receipt. Packages once opened cannot be returned.
- Return shipping labels will be provided by CasaOne, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. An additional restocking fee of 20% will also be deducted
- Refund amount will be issued once the returned merchandise is inspected and in good and unused condition.
- Damages and defects must be reported within 14 days of item receipt.
You can request to cancel your order free of charge within the first 24 hours after your order was submitted. Contact Customer Support within 24 hours by emailing support@casaone.com
You can cancel your order after 24 hours, but fees will be applicable as listed below:
- If your shipment can still be reversed, your order can be canceled but will be subject to a return shipping and restocking fee of 20% of the price of your item.
- If the shipment can no longer be reversed, you will need to refuse the delivery and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Once you've submitted your cancelation request, CasaOne will work with the shipping carrier and vendor to cancel your order. You will be notified of the applicable fees as soon as the information is available.
