• To initiate a return, please write to us at support@casaone.com

• You will be responsible for all return shipping charges in case the item is returned under the reason code: ‘Changed your Mind’. In this case, the return shipping fee and restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

• Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition and packaging. The item must be returned with all of its parts, instructions, and accessories.

• A refund will be processed only after the items have been received in the warehouse and investigated.

• Mattresses cannot be returned if opened or removed from the original packaging.

• A cancellation request needs to be raised within 24 hours. Any cancellation request raised past this will be treated as a return request.
