Purchasing

  1. The return policy is only active within the first 30 days from your delivery date. Return requests are not accepted after 30 days from your delivery date.
  2. If you return an item during the first 30 days, you will receive a refund after we fully inspect the item for damages. You must return the property in the same condition as it was delivered to you. If we discover damages that occurred while the item was at your location, you may be liable for damage and return shipping charges.
  3. Mattresses cannot be returned when purchased. Housewares that have been purchased cannot be returned if you’ve unboxed the product.

Applicable Charges

  1. If You change your mind and want to return an item

    If You change your mind and want to return an item, CasaOne will arrange to get the items picked from Your location. Once we receive the items in our warehouse, we shall inspect and refund the amount paid by You after reducing the shipping/pickup fee.

    For small items (applies to Housewares, Decor, and Lighting only):

    • The return shipping fee will be assessed once You initiate a return and share your zip code with CasaOne.
    • We will email You a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.
    • You will receive Your refund as soon as we receive and inspect the item(s).

    For large items:

    • Large items have a return shipping fee of 20% of the item retail cost. At any time, this amount will not exceed $300 per item.
    • A trusted carrier for handling large items will work with You for scheduling a pickup date within 7 days from the time You request the return. We will email You a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.
    • You will receive your refund as soon as we receive and inspect the item(s).
  2. If a damaged item is delivered to You

    If a damaged item is delivered to You, You will be refunded the full amount, including the shipping/delivery charges. C1 will be liable to pay the return shipping/pickup fee.

    For small items (applies to Housewares, Decor, and Lighting only):

    • We will email You a prepaid shipping label with return instructions once You share your zip code with CasaOne.
    • You will receive Your refund as soon as we receive and inspect the item(s).

    For large items:

    • A trusted carrier for handling large items will work with You for scheduling a pickup date within 7 days from the time You request the return. We will email You a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.
    • You will receive Your refund as soon as we receive and inspect the item(s).

Renting

  1. The return policy is only active within the first 30 days from your delivery date. Lease modifications are not accepted after 30 days from your delivery date.
  2. You can return items only if you have chosen a rental term of 6 months or more.
  3. If you choose to return part of your order, your monthly payment must remain above the minimum rental fee per month that applies to your lease.
  4. If you return your item(s) during the 30-day return period, you will not be eligible for another 30-day return period if you choose to make any modifications to your lease.
  5. The return policy is only available for individual orders where the furniture is being used for your personal use. If the rented furniture has been used for commercial or staging purposes, the policy will no longer be valid.
  6. If you return an item during the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund after we fully inspect the item for damages. You must return the property in the same condition as it was delivered to you. If we discover damages that occurred while the item was at your location, you may be liable for damage and return shipping charges.
  7. CasaOne will only make one (1) additional trip to your location during the first 30 days after your delivery. If you require more than one (1) additional trip, a $299 fee will apply for each trip. Please note that a no-show will be counted as one trip.
  8. If you make a full refund during the first 30 days, CasaOne will retain the delivery and assembly fee you originally paid.
