I purchased the sofa in Teal, but when it went through, the receipt said Azure. The site was saying it was out of my color choice. Panic is understatement. Immediately called customer service. Kathleen helped me get it straightened out and followed up to every email within just a few hours. Sure enough my TEAL sofa arrived, and fast too. I could not be happier. Service was great and the sofa. While firm it is wonderful, comfortable and solid. My cousinmade the pillows. I just feel happy every time I look at it. You can feel and see the quality. I usually don't do reviews until at least 6months or a yr. But I truly feel this sofa is going to stand the test of time.

This sofa is so amazing. I ended up buying two of them! I considered doing the loveseat and the sofa, but since the sofa wasn’t much more expensive I decided to go with two. I’m glad I did!

These are made so darn well. I’m thrilled with the solid wood construction and the fabric work is just beautiful! No weird pickers or tucks. Hardly took any time to put it together. The sofas look great with the mustard yellow pin tuck pillows I got at Hobby Lobby. I can hardly wait to paint the living room now!

Product came defective - I let customer service know and the responses have been slow. We also had to provide photographic proof of defect and when I did, was told we couldn't be sent a new chair, but instead only certain parts, and that it would take 10 business days to be processed. We've now been without a 4th chair for our dining set for over a month which is a major disappointment. I do not think I will order through this company again.

Shipping was only about a week and customer service was very helpful. The only thing you have to remember they require a photo ID in order to put in your order. I had a badge from volunteering at the hospital, it had my name and picture on it and they accepted it.

Easy to schedule delivery date, responsive customer service. I only wish that Casa One would stop working with FedEx, which was so rough with my nightstand that the first one came completely repackaged and the second one was tossed onto my porch with a loud thud. I have long refused to work with FedEx for these and other reasons.
