Free Shipping
This product will be shipped with a freight carrier. A delivery signature is required for freight shipments and you will need to be present during your delivery time window. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
If you are purchasing multiple items from different manufacturers, your order will ship from different warehouses and may ship on different days. We will email you all the tracking links associated with your shipment. Upon delivery, if you notice any damage to the box/item you MUST note this on the delivery receipt.

3-4 weeks. The shipping carrier will reach out a few days prior to schedule your delivery.

You can request to cancel your order free of charge within the first 24 hours after your order was submitted. Contact Customer Support within 24 hours by emailing support@casaone.com
You can cancel your order after 24 hours, but fees will be applicable as listed below:
- If your shipment can still be reversed, your order can be canceled but will be subject to a return shipping and restocking fee of 20% of the price of your item.
- If the shipment can no longer be reversed, you will need to refuse the delivery and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Once you've submitted your cancelation request, CasaOne will work with the shipping carrier and vendor to cancel your order. You will be notified of the applicable fees as soon as the information is available.
In case your order has already arrived, the cancelation will be treated as a standard return. Please see our Return Policy for details.

Soft white faux leather outfits a scallop-cornered headboard with matching upholstered side rails and low footboard, making this a sleek style for sleeping. Malaysian-made, the queen sized Carlotta Contemporary Bed features an inner frame of hardwood and plywood, which are padded with foam before being upholstered. Faux crystals stud the headboard, creating a trendy button tufted look. This is a platform bed: wooden slats (included) serve as a box spring so only a mattress and bed linens are needed (mattress and linens are not included). Tying everything together are silver metal legs with non-marking feet. Easily maintain the Carlotta Bed by wiping clean with a damp cloth as needed.
